Managers at relaxx, a San Diego-based, family-owned and - operated valet dry cleaning and garment care service with 15 vans, wanted to take the guesswork out of what was happening with their assets and technicians in the field and on the road. The company now uses Lytx’s video telematics technology to gain real-time insight into their vehicles, increase efficiency, exonerate their technicians from false claims, save on claims and vehicle maintenance costs, as well as foster safer driving habits.

Jones and his team also use Lytx Fleet Tracking Service for on-demand service requests. With access to a live map view of all their vehicles, they can see which driver is closest to the requested pick up and re-route that driver immediately, rather than calling drivers individually to get their location and making a best guess from there.
