Service Providers can dispute their VEDR KI results within 90 calendar days after the last day of the month of the KI results being disputed by following the process below.
Submitting a Dispute to Corporate
To submit a VEDR KI or Device Assignment dispute, please submit an email to VEDRKIdisputes@fedex.com for the following:
- KI Compliance Dispute - must be disputed within 30 days of receipt of KI report results.
- Device Assignment Dispute - must be disputed within 30 days of receipt of Device Assignment report results.
This dispute must include the following:
- Summary of the basis for the dispute, including reason(s) why the KI result was not a failure.
- Any relevant supporting documentation.
Submitting a Behavior Removal Dispute to Lytx
To submit a Behavior Removal dispute, please submit a request to Lytx Event Review Team by taking the following action:
- Behavior Removal Dispute - must be disputed within 7 days of download of the event from your Lytx Account.
This dispute is submitted to Lytx Event Review Team via 'Contact Lytx' inside the event in question, located inside your Lytx Account. See example below:
Dispute Response from Corporate
The Service Provider will receive an email response from VEDRKIdisputes@fedex.com within 14 days.
