    Changes to the VEDR Event Review Options

    Focused attention on behaviors that require coaching

    As of Oct 1, 2024, the Lytx VEDR Safety Program is focusing the number of Event Review Options (EROs) to 21 behaviors to help you focus on the behaviors and drivers that need your attention most. This adjustment is being made in collaboration with FedEx Express to reduce the number of behaviors detected for mandatory coaching and measured in the VEDR Key Indicators.

    Note: not all behaviors listed here are part of the KI calculation. To see the five behaviors included in your KI Compliance, please read New VEDR Driver-Focused Key Indicators.

    What Does this ERO Change Mean for Me?

    A focus on behaviors with significant risk will reduce your time spent coaching and allow for higher quality coaching sessions with drivers.
